Sourced sustainably and certified Ocean Wise, our BC spot prawns are the star of this limited-time menu, crafted with bold, seasonal ingredients and paired with exceptional wines.

Feature 1: Spot Prawn Ceviche
Ocean Wise BC spot prawns cured in citrus and tossed with tomatillo salsa verde, creamy avocado, red onion, cilantro, jicama, and sliced Fresno chili.
Served with crisp tortilla chips for a bright, bold, and refreshing West Coast bite.
Feature 2: Spot Prawn Tagliatelle
Tender tagliatelle tossed in a rich prawn bisque, infused with house-made lemon oil and a hint of Calabrian chili heat.
Topped with a perfectly grilled spot prawn and finished with a fennel herb crumb for texture and aromatic depth.
